Amendment to description of bargaining unit - Amendment to certification - Subsection 103(2) of the Public Service Reform Act (PSRA) - Ship Repair-East Group - pursuant to section 101 of the PSRA, the Treasury Board specified and defined the occupational group known as the Ship Repair-East Group - immediately prior to this, the Federal Government Dockyard Trades and Labour Council East was the bargaining agent certified for the bargaining unit comprised of all employees, other than chargehands, of the Employer in the Ship Repair Group, located on the east coast, which is now covered by the new Employer in the Ship Repair-East Group - the bargaining agent's certification had not been revoked under the Public Service Staff Relations Act and has been continued by virtue of subsection 103(1) of the PSRA - the Board amended the description of the bargaining unit and the certification of the bargaining agent to refer to the new Ship Repair-East Group bargaining unit. Description of the bargaining unit amended. Certification amended.
