[1]   On February 13, 2001 the parties jointly requested the Board to amend paragraph 8 of its decision 2000 PSSRB 56 (181-2-458) for purposes of the current round of bargaining.  More specifically, the parties requested that the required notification of employees who occupy designated positions take place on or before May 15, 2001.

[2]   On the basis of the above, the Board grants the request and hereby amends paragraph 8 of the above decision by amending the said time period accordingly.
