1 On June 7, 2007, an adjudicator of the Public Service Staff Relations Board (“the Board”) rendered a decision in the above-cited case allowing the grievances filed by the grievors.

2 On April 2, 2009, the Federal Court allowed the application for judicial review of the adjudicator’s decision (Docket T-1244-07, 2008 FC 411). The Court issued a written judgment stating its reasons and referring the case to the Board with the direction that the grievances be dismissed in accordance with the reasons for judgment.

3 In accordance with the direction issued by the Federal Court and the reasons it stated, I make the following order:

4 The grievances addressed in 2007 PSLRB 60 are now dismissed.
