REASONS FOR DECISION
Application before the Board
1 On April 3, 2014, the Treasury Board ("the applicant") applied for an order declaring that certain positions in the Economics and Social Science Services Group bargaining unit are managerial or confidential positions pursuant to section 71 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act (“the Act”). Position 12271 formed part of that application.
2 On May 2, 2014, the Public Service Labour Relations Board ("the Board") made an order (PSLRB File Nos. 572-02-2954, 572-02-E1) declaring that the positions identified in the annex to that order are managerial or confidential positions. Position 12271 was identified in that annex.
3 The applicant filed an application with the Board under section 43 of the Act on May 22, 2014, advising the Board that an erroneous annex was submitted electronically on April 2, 2014. The applicant stated that the annex identified position 12271 rather than position 12771. Furthermore, the applicant requested that the position declared managerial or confidential in the May 2, 2014, order (PSLRB File Nos. 572-02-2954, 572-02-E1) be amended.
4 On June 2, 2014, the Canadian Association of Professional Employees indicated that it has no objection to the applicant’s requested amendment.
5 Under those circumstances, the Board grants the applicant’s request.
6 For all of the above reasons, the Board makes the following order:

7 The annex to the May 2, 2014, order (PSLRB File Nos. 572-02-2954, 572-02-E1) is amended as specified in the annex to this decision.
