Acting pay - Whether the grievors were performing the duties of a higher-classified position - Program Administration (PM) Group - the grievors were hired as registry officers at the Federal Court of Canada at the PM-01 group and level - they grieved that they were entitled to acting pay at the PM-03 group and level rate of pay - subsequent to the filing of the grievances, the employer reclassified the grievors' positions at the PM-03 group and level - the grievors alleged that, before the reclassification of their positions, they had been performing substantially the duties of a registry officer position classified at the PM-03 group and level - the employer submitted that the other employees appointed to registry officer positions classified at the PM-03 group and level in the grievors' work unit had been under-utilized and had been performing the duties of a registry officer position classified at the PM-01 group and level - the Board found that the grievors had been performing substantially the duties of a registry officer position classified at the PM-03 group and level in their work unit - the Board further found that the grievors were performing, subsequent to the reclassification of their positions, the same duties which they had been performing prior to that - the Board ordered the employer to pay the grievors acting pay at the PM-03 group and level rate of pay.
