[1]   This grievance was against the discipline imposed on Kandiah Thuraisamy on February 26, 1999. The hearing of this grievance commenced on July 24, 2003 and three witnesses were heard.

[2]   Prior to the completion of the evidence, the parties entered into discussions which resulted in the parties advising the Board that a settlement of the grievance had been reached.

[3]   Accordingly, the proceedings related to this grievance are terminated, and the Board's file is closed.
