[1]       This decision follows the references to adjudication of two grievances filed by Terry McCann and Paul Kevin McFadden, employed by the Solicitor General (Correctional Services Canada), Joyceville, Ontario.

[2]       At the start of the hearing, I was informed of the settlement of the grievances by counsel for both parties. Two days later, the grievances were formally withdrawn. Therefore, these files are hereby closed.
