[1]   This case concerns a grievance filed by Alex Abraham, who is classified as a PM-3 and is employed with Citizenship and Immigration Canada. The grievance relates to a disciplinary matter. During the second day of the hearing, the parties informed me that they had arrived at a tentative settlement.

[2]   On May 28, 2004, the bargaining agent wrote to the Public Service Staff Relations Board stating that the matter had been resolved and the grievance was withdrawn. Accordingly, Board file 166-2-32534 is closed.
