REASONS FOR DECISION

I. Grievance before the Board

[1] The Federal Court, in its decision in Singh v. Senate of Canada, 2022 FC 840, granted the judicial review application filed in respect of Singh v. Senate of Canada, 2021 FPSLREB 2 and remitted the matter back to be heard by a new adjudicator.

[2] At the hearing, the parties reached an agreement and by letter dated December 20, 2023, they requested that the adjudicator issue a consent order reinstating the grievor.

[3] Having heard all of the evidence of the parties, and on consent, I make the following order:

II. Order

[4] The grievance is allowed and Mr. Singh is reinstated to his position as Director of Human Resources with the Senate of Canada.
